SAP CONSULTANT: Involve in requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Design and configure SAP TM solutions for various transportation modes (Road, Rail, Ocean, Air, etc.). Work on Data Conversion Design, Field Mapping, Functional Checklist, Functional Test (FUT) and Report Definition. Prepare Data Mapping templates based S4HANA supportable structures. Create functional specification documents for RICEFW objects. Conduct data analysis and process optimization, maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness of logistics operations. Perform end-to-end TM configuration, including TM Master Data, Order Integration, Transportation Planning, Subcontracting, Execution, Freight Settlement, and Integration with EWM. Skills Required: SAP, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FI, SAP ECC, and S/4 HANA. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology or Engineering (any) with 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required. Work location: Houston, TX and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
DATA ANALYSTS: Analyze requirements, data modeling, plan, design, and implement innovative database solutions. Design, develop, and implement Power BI Dashboards, Scorecards & KPI Reports. Create requirement documents and artifacts for implementation of solutions and manage changes to business requirements. Define dashboard features according to business needs. Extract and analyze data using SQL to support decision-making and reporting. Maintain reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for business insights. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology or Engineering (any) with 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required.
